1st Annual Meeting of HyLICAL Project in Dresden

During this milestone event, Consortium members engaged in fruitful discussions on the project’s advancements and shared important insights after participating in Dresden Days on Magnetocalorics. Work package leaders delivered informative technical presentations, complemented by an insightful talk from Prof. Christoph Haberstroh of Technische Universität Dresden, a HyLiq consortium member (https://www.hyliq.org/).

A highlight of the meeting was an exclusive visit to the Dresden High Magnetic Field Laboratory (HLD), a cutting-edge facility dedicated to modern materials research in high magnetic fields and housing the world’s largest pulse-discharge capacitor bank.

Our heartfelt gratitude goes to all the speakers and our partners at HZDR, with special thanks to Tino Gottschall for hosting this outstanding event.

This gathering served as a platform to showcase achievements, foster knowledge exchange, and reaffirm our collective commitment to driving the industry’s green transition by optimizing the utilization of renewable energy sources within the framework of the HyLICAL project.
