HyLICAL Holds 3rd General Assembly in Paris at ENGIE

The HyLICAL consortium gathered in Paris for its third General Assembly, hosted by ENGIE Lab Crigen.

Over two productive days, project partners reviewed progress across all technical work packages—from materials development and system design to demonstrator construction, hydrogen safety, and long-term roadmaps. The meeting featured focused presentations and open discussions, helping the consortium align on next steps and shared objectives.

As part of the programme, participants visited ENGIE Lab Crigen’s facilities to learn more about their cutting-edge low-carbon technologies, which contribute to advancing clean hydrogen solutions.

The consortium extends its sincere thanks to the ENGIE Lab Crigen team for the warm welcome and excellent organization.

These in-person meetings remain essential for collaboration across the HyLICAL team and for driving forward our shared goal: enabling sustainable, decentralized hydrogen liquefaction using magnetocaloric technology.

The HyLICAL project is co-funded by the European Union and the Clean Hydrogen Partnership.
